Closed. We walked around the outside, expecting an alternate entrance. Went next door to Carnegie Library and person at desk confirmed it was closed. Expect it to be closed for rest of year. Full review by Lynda D

8 euros is the adult price.

Is there an elevator to the top of the cathedral?

The Palais is in fact a separate building to the Cathedral. But to the best of my recollection there was no elevator in the Cathedral
