Went business class to Toronto. Staff were fabulous, helpful and friendly. Seats very comfortable. Food was adequate. Business lounge was busy but comfortableFull review by 21janellet

I had to take into account the wider range of palates you find among train passengers and come up with the best way to reproduce the kinds of food you find...
