Prosecutors in Karen Read's case want to use messages with Aidan Kearney, the blogger who writers under the name "Turtleboy," as evidence in Read's second trial.

Kearney has picketed at the witnesses’ homes, confronted them publicly and posted profane rants online, including their contact information, after alleging that O’Keefe had been killed inside Brian Albert's Canton home and then dumped on the lawn in an effort to frame Read.

The blogger known as "Turtleboy" can not have any contact with witnesses in the Karen Read case, a judge ruled Thursday.
