First Alert Weather: Shelters opening ahead of wintry conditions
Mayor Lumumba and his staff didn’t waste any time putting together a plan to stay ahead of the cold weather. During his weekly news conference, he announced that as of 2:30 Monday afternoon, the Shepherd’s Gym is open to anyone in need of a warm place to stay.
