After years of speculation, Marvel is supposedly ready to recast T'Challa in time for Black Panther to appear in Avengers: Doomsday.

The latest edition of The InSneider newsletter alleges that Marvel may recast T’Challa for Black Panther 3. In fact, I heard that an actor was actually offered the role [of T’Challa] this past fall, a couple of months after [Robert Downey Jr.

Marvel Studios is reportedly “firmly open” to recasting T’Challa/Black Panther in the Marvel Cinematic Universe. The role was initially played by the late Chadwick Boseman, who debuted in 2016’s Captain America: Civil War before starring in his own movie Black Panther two years later,
