Former Washington State cornerback Stephen Hall is transferring to Missouri, according to a Saturday report from On3’s Hayes Fawcett. Hall is the Tigers’ first transfer portal addition since their season ended with a 27-24 win over Iowa in the Music City Bowl victory this past Monday. He is also MU’s first cornerback transfer commitment.
