Pedestrian Killed in Escondido Hit-and-Run Crash
The Escondido Police Department received a call at about 6 p.m. Saturday about a man unconscious in the roadway at Rock Springs Rd. and Seven Oakes Rd., according to a department statement.
Pedestrian struck, killed in Fallbrook accident identified
