Simple Minds, still alive and kicking, announce summertime tour stop
The tour falls on the 40th anniversary of the band's "Once Upon a Time" album. That same year, "The Breakfast Club" smash "Don't You (Forget About Me)" hit No. 1 on Billboard's Hot 100 singles chart, where it spent one week at the top, bookended by Madonna's "Crazy for You" and Wham's "Everything She Wants."
The 24-date tour will see the three bands perform in cities like New York, Holmdel, Philadelphia, Mansfield, and more.
