Is Hugh Jackman's Wolverine in Avengers: Doomsday?
Hugh Jackman's Wolverine is one of the most popular takes of a superhero in live-action as has ever been made, but will he be in Avengers: Doomsday?
The actor surely ended his role in 2017, when, after Logan, his character’s journey seemed to have come to an end. However, we saw him one last time in Deadpool and Wolverine, Marvel Studios’ most successful film in recent years, consolidating a popularity that remained on par with that of the loudmouthed mercenary played by Ryan Reynolds.
Hugh Jackman is once again fueling Marvel speculation, and this time it happened right in the middle of a daytime talk show appearance. While promoting his upcoming film Song Sung Blue , the actor found himself back in familiar territory talking about Wolverine,
Hugh Jackman told BBC's Front Row that his drama teacher would be "horrified" by some of the things he did while playing the Marvel character.
Chris Evans is also officially confirmed to reprise his role as Steve Rogers, as is India Rose Hemsworth as Love. The Hollywood trades have reported that Hayley Atwell and Ryan Reynolds will appear as Peggy Carter and Deadpool, respectively.
Tobey Maguire and Hugh Jackman may not be the only veterans who are returning to Avengers: Doomsday. Fans are now asking Kevin Feige to bring back another Marvel actor into the Multiverse Saga. They are rooting for Nicolas Cage to return to his role as Ghost Rider in Doomsday.
