Nintendo Treehouse Live: Switch 2 Edition will be live on the Company’s Twitch and YouTube accounts on April 3 and April 4 at 7 a.m./10 a.m. They’ll both run for multiple hours, showing gameplay of a variety of Switch 2 games.

Back in January, Nintendo did us all a solid and told us that the Switch 2 is real and we would hear more about it soon. "Soon" is now.

The Nintendo Direct is scheduled to begin at 6 AM PT / 9 AM ET on Wednesday, April 2. It will run for about 60 minutes.

There’ll undoubtedly be more information about the Switch 2 revealed at the Nintendo Direct that takes place on Wednesday, April 2 at 9am ET. Until then, all we’ve got is speculation and the select details we’ve learned about the system over the last few months.

As per Nintendo tradition, the showcase will be rather early when April 2 rolls around if you're over in the PT or ET timezones so you'll want to set an alarm – or two. Nintendo has also confirmed that the Switch 2 Direct will last up to 60 minutes, so bring some snacks if you don't want to miss a beat.

The Nintendo Switch 2 Direct begins at 6 a.m. PT / 9 a.m. ET on Wednesday, April 2, and will run for approximately an hour.
