FAIRMONT — Milan Hayward is out as president of Pierpont Community and Technical College. The school confirmed Wednesday afternoon that Provost Michael Waide has been named interim president.
With help from a connection a professor has to the Pittsburgh area, Pierpont Community and Technical College will open a door to high school age students from two Pittsburgh technical centers.
