A 37-year-old Waterbury man has been accused of exposing himself inside a Southington pharmacy on New Year's Eve. The Southington Police Department Monday said Jose M. Valdivia, 37, of Waterbury, was charged with two counts of indecent exposure and two counts of disorderly conduct.
