Tottenham Hotspur's 25th-minute goal gave Spurs hope of a North London derby hope, but the final score line feels as expected as Arsenal won 2-1 at the Emirates Stadium against their historic and injury-hampered rivals.

Goals from Leandro Trossard and Gabriel have turned the north London derby around after Son Heung-min's opener. The Tottenham captain opened the scoring with a deflected effort but it was a set piece that did the business again for Arsenal with the Brazilian heading in from Declan Rice's corner before Trossard finished superby to make it 2-1.

Arsenal midfielder Declan Rice has praised the attacking performance of his teammates in the north London derby win over Tottenham Hotspur, saying they could have scored 10 goals in the 2-1 triumph.
