The Cleveland Browns have fired offensive coordinator Ken Dorsey after just one season, which could lead to a full rebuild.

The Cleveland Browns fired offensive coordinator Ken Dorsey on Sunday, one day after the team concluded its regular season, CBS Sports lead NFL insider Jonathan Jones reports. Dorsey spent just one season with the team and served as the primary play-caller for some of this season.

The Browns’ dismal 3-14 season reportedly isn’t expected to impact the future of head coach Kevin Stefanski, but that didn’t stop Cleveland from making a major change to its staff less than a day after their 2024 campaign ended.

The Browns quickly began fixing a brutal, broken season. Hours after finishing 3-14 with a loss in the finale of a season that was expected to carry into the playoffs, Cleveland coach Kevin Stefanski fired offensive coordinator Ken Dorsey and offensive line coach Andy Dickerson.

The Cleveland Browns are set to interview Atlanta Falcons tight ends coach Kevin Koger today for their offensive coordinator position. Since firing Ken Dorsey after the season, the Browns have interviewed four total candidates.

Jonathan Jones of CBS Sports is reporting that the Cleveland Browns are set to interview two more candidates for their vacant offensive coordinator position. According to the report, the team is slated to meet with Seattle Seahawks quarterbacks coach Charles London as well as Miami Dolphins quarterbacks coach/passing game coordinator Darrell Bevell.
