Lady Gaga’s new album is certainly causing mayhem — but probably not in the way the pop icon expected. According to TMZ, a brand called Lost International is suing Gaga for trademark infringement, claiming she blatantly copied their design for her album branding and merch.

Gaga has 13 US tour dates throughout the late summer months: July 16 & 18: T-Mobile Arena, Las Vegas August 6 & 7: Climate Pledge Arena, Seattle August 22, 23 & 26: Madison Square Garden, New York August 31, September 1: Kaseya Center, Miami September 10 & 11: Scotiabank Arena, Toronto September 15 & 17: United Center, Chicago
