Nvidia Corp., the top provider of chips used in new artificial intelligence computers, is extending a partnership with networking-gear maker Cisco Systems Inc. in a push aimed at making it easier for corporations to deploy AI systems.

Cisco Systems Inc. today expanded its partnership with Nvidia Corp. to help enterprises accelerate AI projects by making it easier to deploy a combined solution to modernize their data center in preparation for artificial intelligence.

Cisco extended its partnership with Nvidia to boost the build out of AI-ready data centre networks to better serve enterprises.

Nvidia will couple Cisco Silicon One technology with Nvidia SuperNICs as part of its Spectrum-X Ethernet networking platform, and Cisco will build systems that combine Nvidia Spectrum silicon with Cisco OS software.
