Natalia Grace is now living with the DePaul family in upstate New York. Nicole DePaul helped her leave the Mans family.

Natalia Grace was adopted in 2010 by the Barnett family, which included Kristine and Michael Barnett and their three sons. Soon, the Barnetts grew wary of Natalia, who they believed was older than she said she was due to markers such as pubic hair and having adult teeth.
