Peel Regional Police (PRP) on Thursday, September 19, arrested 18-year-old Sarah Bradshaw weeks after she attempted to steal a 2022 Porsche Cayenne on September 6 near Winston Churchill Boulevard and Eglinton Avenue in Mississauga.
Woman posing as buyer to steal Porsche ran over owner in his own driveway, police say
The video shows a woman ringing a doorbell and inquiring about buying the 2022 Porsche Cayenne parked in the driveway in response to an Auto Trader advertisement. Another angle shows the suspect sitting in the driver’s seat of the Porsche, as the owner tries to open multiple locked doors from the outside.
“On September 19, 2024, the suspect, 18-year-old Sarah Badshaw of Brampton turned herself into police,” Const. Tyler Bell-Morena said in a statement released Friday.
Officers say Sarah Badshaw turned herself into authorities after police began circulating a video showing her driving off with a Porsche.
