An amended lawsuit filed Tuesday claims Tim Garl, trainer of IU's mens basketball team, allegedly knew of and allowed sexual abuse to continue against players at the hands of a team physician.

IU declined to comment Tuesday in response to questions about Tim Garl's status with the basketball team and the new allegations in the complaint.
