According to Joann Fletcher (who controversially identified the mummy as Nefertiti) a Nubian-style wig was found near the mummy. This style was also associated with Kiya. [21] DNA test results published in February 2010 have shown conclusively that the Younger Lady mummy was the mother of Tutankhamun, and by extension a wife of Akhenaten. [14]

Kiya is a blue mummy with long black hair and green eyes. She has bright red lips and dark grey eyeshadow. Her chest, arms, hands and bottom torso is wrapped in bandages, and in artworks and some in-game models show she has bandages on her lower legs and presumably, her feet.

When the younger lady was discovered a Nubian wig was found beside the mummy. Kiya was know to wear this style of wig frequently. Little is know about Kiya and of her actions and roles, they were poorly documented in historical records. Is Kiya the younger lady? Less egyptologist believe that Kiya is the younger mummy as less evidence is there.
