Zoro’s “Nothing Happened” moment is even better and more
Jul 17, 2021 · Meaning that if Zoro didn’t free Luffy from all that pain, Luffy would’ve been unable to endure it all. I think I appreciate Oda’s writing and Zoro as a character even more because if it wouldn’t be for the “Nothing happened” moment Luffy wouldn’t be able to accomplish all the things he set out to do during the Marineford Saga.
Just saw Zoro's "Nothing happened" scene for the first time.

Small detail about Zoro's "Nothing Happened" that no one have
Jun 24, 2022 · Disregarding the proportion of the acts, Chopper was in the situation as Zoro, and both have the same intentions: be responsible for all the shit that just happened. Obviously this is a joke, but it's fun to think that Zoro learned something important with Chopper too lol
"Nothing Happened", the moment where we all respected Zoro
Aug 10, 2021 · I mean shonen are really easy to reread every couple years. One piece especially is so re-readable too since Oda has incredible foreshadowing. An example is that he foreshadowed something from chapter 1 with a throwaway line that we thought meant nothing until recently. It’s like every word has a purpose in this series which is hard to beat.

Jul 24, 2021 · Only recently I head ppl saying how Zoro's sacrifice was a huge reflection on Luffy's strength for having taken all that pain in the first place. Hearing that got me thinking - maybe the reason Zoro was so adamant about insisting that "nothing happened" was due to his realization of just how much Luffy actually endures for the crew.

Zoro is the first mate and certainly has more commitment to the crew. Just look at whole cake island if nothing else. That being said - I guess you're point to this scene specifically as the reference, but in my eyes, Zoro definitely holds the number 2 spot without question.

Dec 2, 2017 · I've always loved how Zorro took a liking to Chopper. Always seems like Zorro is the one jumping overboard to save Chopper, or carrying him when he's unable to move or walk. Shows that Zorro has this soft side that he rarely shows.

Dec 26, 2016 · This scene also shows how badass Luffy is. Now of course Zoro gets all manner of fucked up when he fights. He got stabbed fighting against Buggy, and fought Arlong with lethal wounds etc. And Zoro wasn't taking Luffy's pain freshly, but where Zoro doesn't complain about his pain (he only said "Nothing Happened..."), Luffy hardly shows it at all.
