Sep 26, 2021 · I'm having the same issue. I recently went to a Boost Mobile store and they showed on their system that Boost no longer supports Samsung Galaxies below an s20. I've talked to several Boost representatives and not one of them mentioned anything about my phone not being compatible with their network anymore. They've been giving me the run around.
