The National Football League Players Association (NFLPA) is the labor union representing National Football League (NFL) players. The NFLPA, which has headquarters in Washington, D.C., is led by executive director Lloyd Howell Jr. and president Jalen Reeves-Maybin.

Lloyd Howell was elected as the fourth executive director of the NFL Players Association in June 2023. Prior to this, Lloyd spent more than 34 years at Booz Allen Hamilton, Inc., where he held a variety of leadership roles, lastly as its Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer.
