What We Do. The European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) invests in changing lives. Through our projects, business services and involvement in high-level policy reform, we're doing more than ever before across three continents. We strongly condemn Russia's war against Ukraine.
The latest European Commission report in September 2021 pointed to the good pace of reform implementation across a range of areas, although it also noted that progress was slower than expected in some areas. A comprehensive reform plan, anchored within the European Union (EU)’s Recovery and Resilience Facility (RRF), has been developed.
