One of the most common questions I get is, “Why do you take a labourer on every job?” And there are a few simple reasons. First it’s boring working on your own. Second — this job is physical, and I want to make it as easy as possible on my body as I get older. Working smarter now means I can stay in the game longer. And third I genuinely like giving the younger generation a chance. Everyone needs a start somewhere, and if I can help someone learn the trade properly, I will. #plastering #plastere
