Watch a WHOLE Reiki session with me start to finish 👉 📝 I always start by explaining and having my client fill out a waiver first so they’re informed about Reiki. Then I ask if they have any areas in need of healing, and help them get comfy on the massage table so they can relax 🥰 🪔 I clear the energy of the space and use Reiki symbols to protect our energies. I intend for Reiki to go where it’s needed most for the client’s healing. I sometimes take the client through a guided relaxation. 🤲
