Is Helen, GA worth visiting?! The cheesy, Bavarian themed town in the mountains of Georgia draws in a lot of crowds. There’s plenty to see and do in the area, but is it worth the cost? Helen, Georgia is a cute Bavarian town located in the North Georgia Mountains! Here are some ideas to start planning your Helen trip! I loved the German bakery- Hofer's Bakery and Cafe. There are also multiple wineries around town to visit. One of our favorites was the Creekstone winery. It had the most gorgeous mountain views. You can also go tubing down the Chattahoochee River which flows through Helen. We loved this! One day is enough to really explore Helen since it's on the smaller side but
